We’re excited to share the Ideal Collection menu from this year’s all new Tasting Tent!
Ideal Collection’s Executive Chef James Durrant will be heading up a pop up restaurant in one of the three Tasting Tent marquees with a delicious menu:
Chalk stream trout, avocado, pickled cucumber, horseradish
Braised pig cheeks, sopley farm beetroots, salsa verde
Rosary goats cheese, toasted nuts, Sopley farm beetroots, salsa verde
Strawberries and cream
Alongside Ideal Collection in the Tasting Tent will be a host of local producers and vendors: Boxxfresh & Veg Bred, Forced to be Fussy, Kernel Cob, Kyoto Kitchen promoting their Sushi Cookery School, Olives & Things, Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco, The Watercress Company and the Think Gin Club. There will also be a programme of talks and presentations throughout the afternoon.
Also associated with the Tasting Tent are Eco German Kitchens who will be demonstrating the new Themomix oven and producing a range of recipes.
